Erläuterung: Als Valerianus 253 zum Kaiser ausgerufen wurde, wurde sein Sohn Gallienus zunächst vom Senat zum Caesar, dann von Valerianus selbst zum Augustus ernannt. Vater und Sohn regierten fortan nebeneinander und waren gleichberechtigt.Quellen: ÓL
