Erläterung: Seit dem 13. Jahrhundert genossen die Zipser Siedlungen (24 Städte und 20 Dörfer) Autonomie, deren Basis das Zipser Recht (Zipser Willkür) war. An ihrer Spitze stand der Zipser Graf (ung. szepesi ispán; comes, gróf).
